IN THE PROGRAMME:
In complete unity with nature, wrapped in the odores of the mountains, seething rivers and taiga, we study various practices and methods for revealing and transforming our inner capabilities and hidden Power.
The way it will be:
-Let's plunge into the special atmosphere of the Uimon Valley, because in the current state of energies it is a place of karmic meetings;
-Visit the Museum of the Old Believers, the Roerich Museum and the Pyramid Museum, where we will get acquainted not only with the culture, life, history, legends and myths of Altai, but also meet Amazing people, with a pure Soul and a big Heart, who preserve and protect this sacred place;
-Let's enjoy and breathe in the greatness, wisdom and beauty of the Katun River.
-Light a welcome fire on its banks;
-Get the experience of a rider, against the backdrop of stunning landscapes, walking along paths, streams and passes for about 80 km;
- We will gain strength and endurance, passing trekking routes to places of power and holly springs;
-We stand for two days in the Ancient City - energy practices! Practice of silence - one day! Silence in these places is similar to prayers. Ordinary reverie is equal to deep meditation;
-Practice Fasting - one day! Purification of Consciousness through "rest from food"; --- On the shores of a mountain lake, we will go through the Practice of Emotional Liberation, transforming negative states and making room for the arrival of New Energies;
-In the Yarlu Valley, we will go through the "Labyrinth of Destiny", forming Intentions, together with the Sunset, we will release the Programs that no longer serve us; --- Under the twinkling meridians of the stars of the night sky, we will create spontaneous, intuitive dances;
- Throughout the trip, we will pay attention to our body, learning and improving it through the author's wellness practices;
-Three evening practices on Out-of-Body Travel or Lucid Dreaming
